More strangeness

Strangely the roof-fan in our conservatory suddenly burst into life today.  Not so strange you might think what does she mean? Ah...well, it's been broken, ostensibly unfix-able for nine years.

Then -

This morning I made peppermint tea then left it to steep whilst I drew the blinds and turned on the computer, walking back into the room after collecting my now steaming tea, the television came on on it's own!

Dah dah dah dah...dah dha dah dah!

'There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man.
It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity.  It is
the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition,
and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge.
This is the dimension of imagination.  It is an area which we call the
Twilight Zone.'

You have a very lovely site. I'm so glad I visited, read several posts, all intriguing. I once had a music box that had been broken for many years start to play as I held it. My mother gave it to me when I was a teenager. I think it might be time to write about it....
Thank You.

Wow that's REALLY odd about the musical box Teresa, although you must have felt comforted that your Mum had given it to you.

I must admit I wasn't frightened when the tv came on just as I entered the room it made me smile, as I thought it was my Mum somehow. She died a few years ago now and before she died we had a conversation whereby she promised me faithfully to throw me a sign that she was still there...somewhere else.

Did you know that Twilight Zone was my favorite show when I was younger Jane??? I loved it! That's pretty eerie that the fan decided to work after all that time.
And then to have the TV come on...now that would freak me out!
I hope all is great with you. I have been gone for a few days to visit my daughter, mother, and a sister, who all live in the same city. So we had a lot of fun!

Those happenings would make me smile too. So intriguing! No, we never got enough votes to get the grant money for the animals. A member of our charity group originally came from Manchester, Eng. and she says that the pitiful situation of strays was not nearly as bad there as here.
