                    Muse

Will your passion shimmer here surreal and young?
Vividly in the psychedelic music,
This masterpiece chiselled on jewelled glass
Creates my impression of beauty.
Soft abstruse silhouette questions, how wild imagination and rhythm
Throws you a bold song,
Then is our best sense of harmony.
Sing,draw,dream,free art,
For we dazzle with real aesthetic here,
Imagine eclectic genius,
You, me and a mad blue angel dust, composing.
I bear no form or symbol,
Yet am filled with joy and sight to see you...
Dream you-  in my world.

Hello Jane:
Your poem paints such a beautiful portrait of The Universe which has so many things beyond our understanding. And yet, we are dazzled by the beauties of the night sky, entranced by shooting stars and beguiled by ever expanding galaxies.

Wow. I love Jane and Lance comment. Ditto to that. You do paint a beautiful portrait of the universe. I am especially drawn to the last two lines. The image illustrates it perfectly.

Dear Teresa and WOL,
Thank you so much for your words! I deliberated for ages before posting, I wrote this a few months ago. I think the photographs from Hubble are so so beautiful, and often think How fantastic it must have been for the astronauts to be able to look out of their craft and see our blue blue world surrounded by such dazzling galaxies.

Hugs, Jane
